Central Technology Center in Drumright, Oklahoma, suffered significant water damage in their student service area after an instant hot water tank connection burst.
When the staff came in on Monday morning, they found the entire area filled with ankle-deep water.
Charles Carroll, the operations coordinator, immediately reached out to Burggraf.
“I know Bill Shouse, he’s a good friend of mine. He had done a couple of other smaller projects for me. He was the one I immediately called when we had this issue.
“It was really amazing how fast they got here and how fast they started.”
Burggraf jumped into action and within a week, they’d cleared out the student service area, removed the water, and gotten everything dried out.
As they were dealing with the water damage in the one building, another building on campus developed a leak. Burggraf handled that leak as well.
“We couldn’t have done that without them,” Carroll said. “They were very professional, and they were very organized and quick to provide service for us.
“I’m very pleased with how that turned out. It was just a blessing that they were here at the same time we had a second leak.”

“Something positive came out of something negative, so it was a good experience.”
