The Ambassador Hotel, a historic landmark stands as an upscale boutique hotel in Tulsa’s historic district. The ninety year old building is popular with Tulsa natives, and rarely sees occupation dip below 80% daily.
So when disaster struck out of nowhere, and with no warning, they couldn’t simply close the doors until everything was restored. Such a move would damage their reputation and business more than they were capable of managing at the time.

At the end of the day, they always had me walk through and around the rooms and the corridors they had treated and if we saw any spots they would spot treat them with us.
They were just really good at working through and making sure we were happy at the end of the day instead of just leaving at the end of the day saying job done. It was a very good experience, and we have used them a few times because of it.
